Computer Laboratory Reservation
This online Computer Laboratory Reservation form is available only for faculty members. Students may only avail of the Computer Laboratory Reservation service by downloading the Computer Laboratory Reservation form in pdf format, accomplishing and submitting it to the Help Desk with an approved and duly signed letter from their respective College Department Heads. Computer Laboratory Reservations must be made at least one week in advance.
