IT Training Reservation Guidelines

  • Updates on training schedules shall be posted through the Help Desk website and My.LaSalle e-mail.
  • Reservations may be made either by phone (at local 316 or 466) or thru emailing the Help Desk at helpdesk@dlsu.edu.ph
  • The following details shall be provided to the Help Desk:

    • Full name
    • Department
    • Preferred schedule
  • The Help Desk shall inform the faculty member through email whether a slot has been reserved.
  • The Help Desk shall email a reminder to the faculty member two days before the scheduled training.
