Announcement Posting Guidelines

  • The Department/Office shall send the information to the Help Desk through e-mail. Requesting Department/Office should be responsible for checking for errors before forwarding the announcement to the Help Desk.
  • Announcements with 20 lines or less will be e-mailed to the DLSU Community through the Help Desk e-mail account.
  • Announcements with 20 lines or more will be posted in the DLSU Intranet website. An e-mail will be sent to the DLSU Community containing the link to the announcement page or site.

Announcements through web banners at the DLSU web site may be availed of by filling up the ITC Service Request Form and contacting the ITC Web Team.
