MLS Account Activation Requisition through CAP Guidelines

  • Faculty members may have the co-academic personnel (CAP) in their offices activate their MLS account through an authorization letter addressed to the ITC Director.
  • The CAP shall report to the ITC Help Desk with the duly signed authorization letter.
  • Help Desk will activate the faculty member’s account upon approval.
  • Help Desk will record details such as faculty member’s name, ID number, department/office, and the assigned username on the MyLaSalle Activation logbook
  • The CAP shall sign on the logbook to verify the faculty member’s MLS account activation.
